With 17 years of experience as a school principal, Dana Carter is a dedicated educational leader committed to fostering a positive and engaging school culture. Known for building strong, meaningful relationships with both students and staff, Dana believes that connection is the foundation of a thriving learning environment.

Dana brings a strong instructional background to the role, supporting high-quality teaching and learning while creating spaces where both educators and students can succeed. A firm believer that schools should be places of joy, Dana strives to make each day enjoyable and memorable for the entire school community.

Outside of school, Dana values family above all. As a proud parent of two boys and grandparent to two grandchildren, Dana enjoys spending quality time with loved ones and cherishing those important moments together.
